Today, we began to plan out our ecosystem. We drew and discussed what we wanted it to look like on the inside. We also decided that not only do we want one mouse but that we wanted two. A male and a female, so that they may reproduce to have Mice Babies!.

What other species will you have living in your ecosystem? What will the mice eat? What producers will occupy the ecosystem?

We plan to also have a salamander, grasshoppers, pill bugs, worms, and many other types of insects. We plan to have the mouse eat the insects and maybe some of the producers. Producers that will occupy the ecosystem will consist of different types of grasses, some flowers, and some local weeds.
